Our March Break Chess Camp offer a chance for students to continue with chess even when school is on break. The camp is five days in length and runs during March break, offering a unique experience that incorporates intensive chess lessons, engaging sports activities, special arts projects, along with unique programming, events and guests, making it a rich March Break chess experience for everyone!
Our CIC camp organizational team always creates an exciting curriculum which guarantees campers a well-rounded, fun and exciting experience. Before and After Care (8:15am to 5:15pm) is available as well.
Children are divided into groups based on their chess level and age. Each group has a group leader and second instructor. Participants enjoy a special blend of the best physical, mental, and social activities in each day. Activities are scheduled, and children move from one activity to the next. Some days are theme days that revolve around one subject. On these days even the chess lessons are created in such a way to relate to the daily theme. Leaders are skilled in teaching groups of children that have a diverse range of chess knowledge and proficiency, from complete beginners to strong tournament players.
